Allegheny Bradford Corporation is a Pennsylvania corporation with three operating divisions—Allegheny Bradford, Top Line Process Equipment Company, and Allegheny Surface Technology—which manufacture and market stainless steel, sanitary/hygienic products to the pharmaceutical, biotechnical, cosmetic, food, beverage, dairy, and electronics processing industries. The company was started in 1962 in Janesville, Wisconsin to market sanitary products to the dairy producer industry through a network of distributors. It then began to market stainless steel products to the food/beverage processing industries through Top Line Process Equipment Company which now manufactures and/or markets a complete line of stainless steel flow equipment--tubing, fittings, pumps, valves.

Allegheny Bradford was formed to supply the stainless steel products to Top Line. It is now a manufacturing concern specializing in high-end sanitary/hygienic stainless steel products which include shell/tube heat exchangers, ultra-filtration filter housings, tanks and pressure vessels. Allegheny Bradford also manufactures modular process units (skids) for which it makes virtually all the components. It has complete facilities for welding, mechanical polishing, forming, and fabrication and has ASME, TUV, and CE certification.

And, finally, Allegheny Surface Technology was formed to provide the ultra high mechanical and electrochemical polishes required by escalating standards in the hygienic industries. It is a state of the art facility for electropolishing large and small products, passivating, pickling, and mechanical polishing.
It has developed proprietary procedures to do on-site polishing of tanks and other products too large to move.

The corporation has expanded dramatically and was moved to Bradford, Pa. where it now operates from three modern facilities. The combination of these operating entities provides truly one-stop shopping and single point responsibility for a range of products which is unique in the sanitary/hygienic industry.
